The purchasing of knives is restricted under UK law to persons over the age of 18. By placing an order for such products you are declaring that you are of legal age to purchase them.
Prices
We make every effort to ensure that all are prices are correctly published, however should any price prove to be wrong, any offer to purchase our products at the mis-quoted price will be rejected by us. If we discover that a price is wrongly published then we will make all reasonable efforts to rectify this in as short a time as possible. In the event that an order is placed for a misquoted price we will immediately refund the amount you have paid for that item and advise you accordingly.

Technology being what it is, we cannot guarantee that this site will always be available and accessible. As many of us will have experienced, sometimes the technology goes its own way without prior warning. If this happens, we will do everything we can to resume the service as soon as possible.

We want every customer to be happy with their purchase and enjoy their shopping experience with us. If you should require any further information about a stock item, please call one of our stores where our sales staff will be happy to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for distorted product images, or accurate colour reproduction on your computer.
There are also numerous products on our web site that cannot be sold to persons under the age of 18. These particular products are sharp, dangerous implements, and are in accordance with the 1996 Offensive Weapons Act, section 6.
Prices
All prices displayed are in British Pounds (Sterling) and are INCLUSIVE OF VAT @ 17.5%. All products available on the Tinley House website have the price clearly indicated and we make every effort to ensure that these prices are both competitive and accurate. In the event that a price is incorrect, we will endeavour to clarify this with you and, within reason, will honour the advertised price.
